Colliers International NZ
Colliers NZ is one of the largest commercial real estate companies in New Zealand and the world. Colliers NZ required a new website which would position it as a leader within the commercial real estate industry in New Zealand. Colliers were also looking to use the latest web technology to help attract, support and build its business.
The OneClick Team was involved in all aspects of development of the site which included:
- Conducting an audit and analysis on the previous website,
- Fully scoping the new website including business requirements, information architecture, functional requirements, usability and search engine marketing,
- Designing a look and feel that reflected the Colliers' brand online,
- Developing a comprehensive property database which allows users to search more than 2,500 properties available for sale and lease,
- Enabling additional marketing initiatives across the website, including space for Flash banners on the homepage, property search, news and knowledge center subscription, RSS feeds and XML property feeds to Trade Me,
- Providing the ability for all local Colliers offices to add and edit relevant properties and content, thus saving head office time and resources,
- Developing all online functionality, which included:
- Full content and administration systems
- Comprehensive searchable property database
- Dynamic news generation
- Email marketing management tools
Since its launch, the website's key objectives have been realised; it has been highly successful in establishing Colliers' credentials as a leading NZ commercial property company online, as well as proving to be a critical business tool, effectively generating sales leads and gaining an online customer database.
