FleetPartners NZ
The OneClick team has been involved in redeveloping the FleetPartners website. FleetPartners New Zealand originated from the amalgamation of two vehicle leasing companies: Avis Lease and Truck Leasing Limited. These companies were market leaders in their specialist categories. The merger brought together the best of both worlds to form FleetPartners, the most experienced and complete vehicle leasing company in Australasia. It is the largest vehicle fleet lease company in New Zealand.
FleetPartners undertook a major re-brand across all communications media. As part of this re-brand, a revamp of its website and online systems was required.
Key elements of these website projects were:
- Working with FleetPartners in Australia, New Zealand and their brand agency,
- Implementing the new FleetPartners brand online,
- Rewriting all content across both websites to ensure relevance to the target audiences and a match with the new brand positioning,
- Redevelopment of online functionality, which included implementing:
- Comprehensive vehicle databases. This allows users to search for over 1200 vehicles, which are available for sale and lease on the database. This database is automatically updated on a nightly basis.
- Customer fleet management system. This facilitates online access to all fleet management records such as services, mileage, WOF and fuel consumption by Esanda customers.
- Customer relationship management database. This allows FleetPartners staff throughout New Zealand access to all past and present customer details.
- Full content administration interface. This allows assigned FleetPartners staff to change the website content themselves.
