The Heritage Hotel Group was looking for a new website company to take over its existing website and systems which are a crucial part of its business success.
The Group chose OneClick because of our strong customer service focus – a vital element in the success of this high maintenance website which requires comprehensive updating on a weekly basis. In addition, our technical capabilities and expertise matched the requirements of the Group's complex online booking systems.
The OneClick Team is involved in all aspects of development and ongoing maintenance of the site including:
- Conducting an audit, analysis and making recommendations on developing the existing website further,
- Ongoing development of all online functionality,
- Monthly updates which include the homepage, promotions and adding new hotels,
- Email marketing management. The Heritage uses our email campaign management system to communicate special offers and news using its large customer database.
