Heritage Hotels Booking System
OneClick has developed a proprietary hotel reservation system for The Heritage Hotel group. It gives full control of online reservations to management and reservation staff and bypasses the commission bearing third party booking systems.
System Features
The website offers the public and corporate clients the following functionality via an intuitive interface:
- Check availability of any room at any property and view room details with photographs and check room inclusions
- The ability to make a reservation and select add-ons such as breakfast, champagne or chocolates
- Include extra guests and/or children in the reservation
There is a sophisticated backend administration system for hotel management and staff where they can:
- Setup and manage all hotel properties and rooms available at the properties
- Control hotel room prices and inventory levels
- Impose ‘stop sells’ for any room/s at any property for any date/s
- Overlay special pricing using Promotional codes and Corporate codes
- Create add-ons available for each hotel property
- View detailed reports on reservations for all properties
