BOP Civil Defence
Following the successful launch of the Auckland Civil Defence Emergency Management website in March 2009, the Bay of Plenty CDEMG selected Oneclick to roll out the same Emergency Management System for the Bay of Plenty. Oneclick worked closely with the BOP team to adapt the website content, design and database structure to meet BOP’s specific requirements.
One of the key features of the project is the Emergency Status page which is a unique source of up to date information about the current situation in the Auckland area. This is something which has not been done before and it is rewarding to be involved in something that is potentially of great benefit to all Aucklanders.
A key features of the website is the secure Emergency Managers Section which includes :
- A Detailed Contact Database
- Activity Calendar
- Document library
- The ability for each emergency region to publish information about the situation in their area.
