NZRPG - Milford
The New Zealand Retail Property Group (NZRPG) is the largest privately owned retail property development and management company in New Zealand with assets of $700 million. NZRPG operates retail centres at Westgate (Waitakere), Milford and Highbury (North Shore) and Fraser Cove (Tauranga).
NZRPG have a number of projects either under construction or in the planning and consent stages, as well as an extensive refurbishment programme in progress. The total investment value of these projects is around $1 billion.
The Milford Centre is the first project of the refurbishment programme by NZRPG to be undertaken. They needed a comprehensive website to help inform the general public about the exciting plans for the Milford Centre and provide residents with an opportunity to ensure positive change comes to Milford for the benefit of local residents and the wider community, both now and in the future.
