WVNZ Water Matters
As well as Child Sponsorship, 40 Hour Famine and Gifts of Hope, World Vision New Zealand undertakes a major education initiative each year comprising an integrated teaching program which is primarily used and managed online, with supplementary DVD and print material.
OneClick has considerable experience in this field, having worked closely with World Vision on its previous education program websites, ‘Born to Be Free’ (Child Labour) and ‘Circle of Friends’ (AIDS).
The objectives of this website were to:
- Create a unique online experience which would increase the use of the 'Water Matters' education resources and live elements,
- Drive involvement in other World Vision programs, such as its 40 Hour Famine and Child Sponsorship programs.
The website OneClick designed and built includes:
- Interactive flash game ‘I Spy with Abida’
- Photo albums
- Photo puzzles
- Quizzes
- Online polls
- Online teacher resources
