Expect More from the new TSB Website

OneClick worked closely with Republik to bring a whole new level of design and flair to a banking website.

Republik (FAIRFAX / ADMEDIA INDIE AGENCY OF THE YEAR 2009) partnered with OneClick to overhaul of the TSB Bank website. TSB Bank is 100% New Zealand owned since 1850 and has consistently been rated New Zealand’s best bank for customer satisfaction by the two leading independent customer satisfaction surveys.*

OneClick worked closely with Republik and TSB Bank to restructure and redevelop the website to better reflect the “expect more” brand promise. Republik then redesigned and rewrote the website and OneClick developed a customised website which is 100% true to brand guidelines as well as 100% accurate in terms of up to the minute home loan and foreign exchange rates.

Key features of the TSB Bank website are as follows:

  • A fully customised content administration tool which allows TSB Bank’s marketing staff to
    • update product promotions, prizes and winners
    • create promotional landing pages to correspond with online advertising campaigns
    • manage the XML feed from the bank’s internal data system whereby the website pulls XML files from three different URLs - the addresses, frequency and times/days of operation are all configured via the administration tool
  • Text headings dynamically produced as Dax font graphics to meet brand guidelines
  • Flipping book style online brochures

* TSB Bank rated highest across a range of key performance measures in the University of Auckland Bank Customer Satisfaction Survey 2007 and reported the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the Roy Morgan Consumer Banking Customer Satisfaction Survey 2008.
