Temperzone
The chances are very high you've already experienced Temperzone air conditioning. Temperzone air conditioning is in many of New Zealand's busiest shopping malls and supermarkets, office buildings and hotels nationwide, like McDonalds, Metropolis Hotel and Auckland's Sky City. They are New Zealand's longest established manufacturer, exporter and distributor of air and water cooled air conditioners, ventilation equipment and air distribution systems.
As a Group, Temperzone have an established network of sales offices, distributors and warehouses located in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, P.R. China and Indonesia. The company also has its own comprehensive Research and Development facility for designing and testing new products in accordance with international standards.
OneClick was selected to redevelop the B2C public website which was aimed at promoting the benefits of Temperzone products to residential consumers and Small Business Owners as well a comprehensive B2B website. We worked with the team at Temperzone to fully scope the project including conducting an audit and analysis, business requirements, information architecture, functional requirements and usability.
The outcome was a website and associated systems that delivered the following key functionality:
- Comprehensive B2B product database which allows users to search for over 300 products as well as the ability to easily find 100’s of associated accessories and spare parts
- Full B2B country, region and customer registration and relationship management database. This allows Temperzone staff throughout Australia, New Zealand and Australasia to access and manage all customer details
- Technical Product Document Library which allows users to quickly find supporting product information such as Installation, CAD and maintenance documents
- Full content administration interface which allows assigned Temperzone staff to manage and change all website content themselves
Since its launch the website has proved to be a highly successful business tool.
