Project Scoping
Our scoping services closely align with our project development process of Define, Design and Deploy. To assist with the Defining the project we also follow our Web Development Process methodology.
Firstly we begin working with Clients and any Third Parties to Define the top-level Scope of Work (SOW). This involves confirming the top-level requirements of the project and includes interrogating the project background, business objectives, audience’s insights, branding, required content structure and functionality etc. From this we then add our own considerations and recommendations including online strategy, brand integration, site architecture, functionality, creative, integration, technology etc.
Once this initial phase one SOW direction has been approved we then proceed with phase two of the SOW which is developing this to encompass all aspects of the project from a front-end user perspective and back-end business and administration perspective, This includes the above as well as wireframes of each key page showing what content will appear and outlines the exact functionality and business rules to be followed. It also includes full project implementation plan and costs. This full SOW then forms the foundation of the entire project.
